摘 要: 当前高职院校还普遍存在一些不利于教师专业发展的价值观念和行为方式,主要表现在三个方面:"弱势思维"影响下教师专业发展心理动能不足,"茧式思维"影响下教师专业发展支持通道被阻,"权威意识"影响下教师主体性发挥不力。针对此,提出要从职教理念的转变与情感的激发、教师合作行为的引导与重塑、教师专业发展平台的建设与支持等方面逐一破解。 In the current,concepts and behavior patterns which are negative to teachers' professional development are widely existed in higher vocational college,listed as follow:the disadvantaged thinking,cocooned thinking,the worship of authority thinking.To enhance the negative situation above,this article suggests that changing the understanding and inspiring emotion,guiding and standardizing the behavior,constructing form and offering service are needed.
