摘 要: 以不同比例混合的高聚合度竹浆粕和中等聚合度竹浆粕为原料,选用了1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([EMIM]Ac)为溶剂,采用干喷湿纺的方式制备了竹浆纤维。探讨了混合比例对制备竹浆纤维的流变行为、纺丝性能以及纤维性能的影响,同时,利用凝胶液相(GPC)测试了混合浆粕的分子量和分子量分布。结果表明:在高聚合度的竹浆粕原料中添加适当一定比例的中等聚合度竹浆粕,可以提高纺丝浆液的流动性和纺丝性能,减少纺丝过程的断头现象,制备具有良好力学性能的竹浆纤维。 The regenerated bamboo fiber was prepared with dry - jet spinning method by choosing different proportion of blended bamboo pulps with high DP and moderate DP as the materials and the ionic liquid - [ EMIM ] Ac ( 1 - ethyl - 3 - methylimidazolium acetate) as solvent. The effect of different proportion of blended bamboo pulp on the rheological behavior, its spinning function and property of the prepared bamboo fiber was investigated. The GPC was used to investigate the molecular volume and molecular distribution of the blended bamboo pulp. The result shows that the addition of moderate DP bamboo pulp in high DP bamboo pulp can improve the performance of the spinning solution flow and its spinnability, reducing the breakage in spinning. Such prepared regenerated bamboo fiber features good mechanical performance.
