摘 要: 介绍了泵用串联式干气密封的工作原理、结构形式和测控系统,根据工艺条件和环保要求以及串联式干气密封在实际运行中出现的问题,分析了氮气压力、流量、速度等操作参数对密封性能影响,提出了不同工况下辅助干气密封的操作参数运行优化和主密封辅助结构的优化措施,并列举了应用实例,研究结果为轻烃泵使用串联式干气密封提供了参考依据。 The principle, structure and control system of serial dry gas seal used in pump were introduced in this article. With respect to the process condition, the requirements in environmental protection and the problems occurred in the perforce of serial dry gas seal, the influence of pressure, flow and velocity of nitrogen to the seal characteristic was analyzed. The improvement measures for the operation parameters of auxiliary dry gas seal and auxiliary structure of host seal were, then, proposed, and the practical example was also presented. The results presented herein can be referenced in the application of light carbon pump used serial dry gas seal.
