混杂纤维加固木梁的抗弯性能试验研究

摘  要: 为提高加固效率,选用混杂纤维增强复合材料(Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Polymer,HFRP)加固实木锯材梁,进行2根非加固木梁和9根加固梁的受弯性能对比试验研究。分析了木梁的破坏形态和破坏机理,讨论了木梁的极限承载力和荷载-位移特性。结果表明,与单一碳纤维(CF)相比,HFRP加固木梁可在明显提高木梁承载力的同时,显著提高木梁的延性。所提出的加固梁极限承载力计算模型,其计算结果与试验值基本吻合。 In order to increase the strengthening efficiency, Hybrid Fiber aeinforeea Polymer (HFRP) was used for strengthening wood beams. A flexural experimental study with 2 control wood beams and 9 strengthened beams was carried out. The failure modes and failure mechanism were analyzed. The ultimate flexural capacity and load-displacement characteristics were discussed. The test results show that, compared with single CF strengthening, HFB.P strengthening may significantly increase the ductility of the strengthened wood beams, under the premise of increasing moment capacity. A calculation model for predicting the ultimate flexural capacity of strengthened beams was put forward. The calculating results show a basic agreement with the test results.
