就地热再生维修车辙技术的适用性分析
Analysis on Applicability of Hot In - place Recycling in Rutting Maintenance

摘  要: 就地热再生雏修车辙技术一般对沥青路面表层3~5 cm厚的沥青混合料进行再生,而许多研究认为,中面层是产生车辙的主要层位。但目前已有大量的实体工程采用了就地热再生技术对路面车辙进行处理,处理后实际使用情况表明,虽然仅进行了表面层的再生处理,但路面的整体抗车辙性能却有了明显提高。通过动态蠕变试验、车辙试验及有限元计算,从车辆荷载作用及就地热再生时的再压实作用对沥青路面中面层的抗车辙性能的影响两个个方面分析了这种现象的原因。研究结果表明:这两个方面在一定程度上可以提高中面层的抗车辙性能,从而提高沥青路面的整体抗车辙性能。 Hot in - place recycling in rutting maintenance is generally applied to deal with the surface layer at a range of 3 to 5 centimeters thick,whereas current researches regard the intermediate layer as the main layer contributing to the rutting.However,a large number of solid projects have already adopted hot in-place recycling technology to maintain the rutting.The maintenance effect showed that although only the surface layer was maintained,the overall rutting resistance was significandy improved.Dynamic creep test,wheel tracking test and finite element calculation were carried out to analyze the phenomenon from the following two aspects:the effect of traffic load on intermediate layer and the recompaction of the intermediate layer during hot in - place recycling.The result showed that the two aspects could increase the rutting resistance of the intermediate layer to some extent,then the overall rutting resistance of asphalt pavement had been improved.
