摘　　要： 电力体制改革和电力市场对电力系统的影响是当前电力系统的研究热点。对电力市场环境下南方电网有限责任公司(以下简称南方电网)的定位、体制、经营等方面带来的影响进行了分析与讨论。电力市场环境下,南方电网应由输配售一体化向输配一体化转变。为适应这个角色转变,需要进一步厂网分离和输配分离。由此对南方电网的运营产生了深刻影响,需要在输配电价的构成分析和制定方法方面争取自身利益的最大化,最后对南方电网应对市场化改革提出了相关建议。 Affection of electric power structural reform and electricity market on power system is a research hot spot at pres- ent. This paper analyzes and discusses affections of position, structure and manage of CSG under the condition of electricity market. It points out that under the condition of electricity market, CSG should transform from integration of transmission, distribution and sale of electricity to integration of transmission and distribution of electricity. For adapting to this transfor- mation, it is necessary to realize further plant- grid separation and transmission- distribution separation which may deeply affect manage of CSG. Therefore, it is ought to strive for maximum of self benefits in aspects of component analysis and formulation method for electrovalence of transmission and distribution. It offers relevant proposals for marketization re- forms under the condition of electricity market.
