摘 要: 对电磁离合器用摩擦材料中的黏结剂——酚醛树脂进行了分析,通过对提取溶剂、提取时间、提取次数的研究,确定了以丙酮为溶剂对样品进行索氏提取2次,提取时间分别为12h和6h,用红外吸收光谱对提取液进行检测,与标准谱图比较,谱图基本相似;再利用高效液相色谱对样品进行定量分析,酚醛树脂质量浓度在5μg/mL~30μg/mL之间线性关系良好,相关系数0.9955,加标回收率在96.25%~101.46%之间,平均回收率98.32%,相对标准偏差1.84%。此方法可用于摩擦材料中酚醛树脂的测定。 This paper analyzes the binder,phenolic resin,which is used in friction materials of electromagnetic clutch,based on the research of extraction solvent,extraction duration and extraction times,determines to make two times of Soxhlet extraction for the samples taking the acetone as the solvent,the extraction duration are twelve hours and six hours respectively,detects the extracting solution by IR and compares with the standard spectrogram,showing that the spectrogram is similar;and makes the quantitative analysis on the samples by using HPLC,finding that the concentration of phenolic resin is between 5 μg/mL~30 μg/mL with good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient is 0.995 5,adding standard recovery is between 96.25%~101.46%,average recovery rate is 98.32%,and RSD is 1.84%.This method can be used to detect the phenolic resin in friction materials.
