摘　　要： 教书育人是高校教师的主要职责,可惜现实状况并不理想,不少学生觉得教师只教书不育人,这与当前各方面对教师的期望和要求不相符。怎样破解这一难题?转变思维,站在育人的高度,从无条件积极关注的角度开展专业课教学,是解决的新思路。提出教师应在育人的高度开展教学后,阐述了从无条件积极关注的角度开展专业课教学、育人,然后总结了教书育人中进行无条件积极关注的优点,最后提供了无条件积极关注的具体措施。 Education is the main responsibility of college teachers,but many teachers haven＇t shouldered the responsibility.A new thinking of solving this problem is to transform thinking types and implement professional course teaching from the perspective of unconditional positive regard.After proposing the thinking,the advantages of implementing unconditional positive regard is interpreted.Finally,the concrete measures of unconditional positive regard are proposed.
