摘 要: 本文以问卷调查为主和个别访谈为辅相结合方式,对我国普通本科高校教师队伍学缘结构主要存在问题和影响因素进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议,即强化学缘结构优化意识,提高学缘结构调整的自觉性;继续克服近亲繁殖现象,丰富学缘结构的类别构成;营造氛围吸纳名校学生,提升学缘结构的层次构成;筑巢引凤招揽八方名师,拓展学缘结构的空间构成。 By using the method of questionnaire survey and individual interview,this paper analyzes the main problems and their influence factors of the teaching body academic origin structure in Chinese normal undergraduate universities and colleges,and puts forward corresponding optimizing countermeasures: strengthening optimization awareness and improving adjustment self-consciousness;continuing to overcome inbreeding phenomenon and riching the category composition;constructing nice atmosphere to absorb famous university graduates and raising the level composition;building attractive "phoenix" nests to recruit famous teachers from all directions and expanding the geographical distribution of academic origin structure.
