摘　　要： 将不同反应型乳化剂用于苯丙乳液的聚合,讨论了乳化剂体系、乳化剂用量、乳化剂的质量配比对乳液聚合及性能的影响。借助傅里叶红外光谱仪、马尔文粒度仪等仪器对制得的苯丙乳液性能进行表征分析,采用合适乳化剂组合和用量制备出了性能优异的苯丙乳液。最后将自制的苯丙乳液表面施胶剂应用于纸张的表面施胶,结果表明自制的苯丙乳液表面施胶剂具有很好的抗水性,对纸张的强度性能也有一定的提高。 Different reactive emulsifiers were used for synthesis of styrene-acrylic emulsion.The influence of different reactive emulsifiers, the dosage of emulsifier on the performance of emulsion were studied. The properties of emulsion was characterized by FT-IR, Malvern particle size analyzer. It has shown that appropriate emulsifiers and proper amount of emulsifiers can prepare excellent emulsion. Finally, the styrene-acrylic emulsion surface sizing agent was used in paper surface sizing.The results showed that the styrene-acrylic emulsion surface sizing agent has good water resistance and can also improve paper strength properties.
