摘　　要： 文章论述了构建面向公共文化服务的图书馆政策体系的目标取向、政策体系所要解决的问题、政策体系基本构架和构建原则等问题。其中政策体系基本构架包括公共图书馆服务网络建设政策、经费保障政策、文献资源建设政策、图书馆服务政策、队伍建设政策和其他相关政策等。 This article states the problems that are relating to the construction of the library policy system facing to the pub- lic cultural service, including the goals, the basic framework of the policy system and the construction principles. The basic frame- work includes the policies of public library service network construction, fund guarantee, literature resources construction, library service, faculty cultivation and other related subjects.
