摘　　要： 充分考虑在企业外部不同环境下及内部不同生命周期下创业导向及社会资本的正、负面作用,构建企业不同内外部环境下创业导向、社会资本与企业成长的作用模型,认为创业导向及社会资本能促进企业成长,在动态环境和企业初创及成长期下这一促进作用比在稳定环境及企业成熟期下更强,社会资本能增强创业导向对企业成长的促进作用,该调节作用随社会资本由低到高呈倒U型变化,在动态环境、企业初创及成长期下,该调节作用更为明显。 Taking the negative and positive aspects of EO and social capital into consideration, we discussed the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and social capital on growth of firms and the moderating impact of social capital on entrepre- neurial orientation - growth of firm relationship under different internal and external environment. Our conclusion is that EO and social capital are both positively related to the growth of firms with an inversed U - shape model of the positive impact of EO on growth of firms with social capital growing, and the impact is enhanced when the company is under dynamic environment at its start -up and growing stage.
