摘　　要： 试验选择隆朋复合制剂对梅花鹿进行肌肉注射麻醉，通过Datex循环监护仪对呼吸系统进行监测。结果表明：潮气量、每分通气量、呼气末CO2分压和注药前相比都有不同程度的升高，在麻醉后15-105min内显示平稳，无较大波动。说明隆朋复合麻醉剂对梅花鹿麻醉确实，麻醉诱导迅速，安全范围大，可以安全的应用于鹿的麻醉。 Test selection Xylazine compound preparation on deer were intramuscular anesthesia, through the Datex circulation monitor for monitoring of respiratory system.The results show that： the tidal volume, minute ventilation, end-tidal partial pressure of CO2 and before the injection compared to have varying degrees of increase in anesthesia, within 15-105min after showed a smooth, no fluctuation.Description of xylazine on deer compound anesthetic anesthesia indeed, anesthesia induces rapid, safe, can be applied to the safety of anesthesia of deer.
