摘 要: 《酒店市场开发与公关宣传》是酒店管理专业必修的职业能力核心课程。在此课程的建设过程中,广州番禺职业技术学院坚持校企合作开发的思路,遵循职业性、实践性、开放性以及可持续发展性的原则,在课程目标、课程内容选择与组织、课堂教学模式改革与创新等方面进行理实一体化的探索与实践。 "Hotel Marketing Development and Publicity" is one of vocational ability core curricula that are compulsory for students major in hotel management. In the building process of it, adhering to the school-enterprise cooperation and development ideas, according to the principle of "occupation, practice, open and sustainable development", Guangzhou Pa- nyu Vocational and Technical College do some practice-theory integration explorations and practices on course objectives, content selection and organization, reform and innovation of classroom teaching model, etc.
