摘 要: 为了拓宽摩托车发动机配气机构的最佳工作区间,提出一种基于三维凸轮的发动机新型可变配气机构,该机构控制的进气门相位及升程凸轮具有连续光顺变化的三维型面,能根据发动机不同的运行工况选择与之相匹配的工作型线.研究表明,采用三维形式的进气凸轮不仅可以方便地调控进气门的启闭相位,而且还能在一定的幅值范围内调节进气门的升程,从而可将配气机构的最佳工作参数从标定工况的狭窄区域延展至发动机的常用工况区域. In order to broaden the best working area of the motorcycle engine valve train, a kind of new en cam, w gine variable valve actuating mechanism based on the three-dimensional cam is proposed. The hich has a three-dimensional fairing surface controlling valve phase and lift, can determine the matching work-type line by different operating conditions in engine. The results indicate that the three-dimensional cam is advantage to control the opening and closing phase of the intake valve and adjust the inlet valve lift in the certain amplitude range. The best working parameters of valve actuating mechanism are extended from rated condition to common conditions.
