摘 要: 目的:探讨有氧运动和补充白藜芦醇(resveratrol)对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠细胞因子和免疫器官系数的影响。方法:Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠造模成功后,分成12组进行实验,实验组进行有氧运动和白藜芦醇补充干预。结果:I组大鼠循环血白细胞计数显著高于A组;I组大鼠的脾脏TNF-α和IL-6浓度均明显高于A组,H组大鼠的脾脏TNF-α和IL-6浓度均明显低于E组,M组大鼠的脾脏TNF-α和IL-6浓度均明显低于I组。L组大鼠的脾脏系数显著低于A组,D组大鼠的脾脏系数显著高于A组。结论:有氧运动及白藜芦醇补充能降低Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠脾脏TNF-α和IL-6的浓度,延缓Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的免疫器官的萎缩,控制调节2型糖尿病引起的慢性低度炎症。 Objective : To investigate the effect of exercise and resveratrol on immune function of type 2 diabetic rats. Methods : After making model, the subjects were divided into 12 groups; experimental groups received intervention of exercise and res- veratrol. Results : The circulating WBC, TNF - α and IL - 6 was significant higher in I group than in A group ; The TNF - α and IL - 6 was significant lower in the H group than in E group; The TNF -α and IL - 6 was significant lower in M group than in I group. The spleen index was significant lower in L group rats than in A group; but the spleen index was significant higher in the D group than in A group. Conclusion : The intervention of exercise and resveratrol could delay thymus and spleen in type 2 diabetic rat ; the intervention of exercise and resveratrol could inhibit the production of TNF—α and IL - 6 in type 2 diabetic rats and enhance their immune function.
