基于NDT技术的脱空判别改进方法
Improvement on recognition method of void beneath slab based on nondestructive testing technology

摘  要: 首先,依托安徽省若干水泥混凝土路面典型路段,开展基于探地雷达检测技术的板底脱空调查,利用后处理分析软件Reflex Win获得反射波剖面图以判别样本板底是否脱空.其次,利用落锤式弯沉仪进行多级加载弯沉测试并回归荷载-弯沉关系曲线,以关系曲线斜率、截距以及板角最大弯沉这3项指标构建综合指标体系,采用可拓评价方法判别板底脱空状况.最后,以探地雷达判别结果为基准,通过细致划分脱空分类,科学确定各项指标节域、各脱空状态下经典域及权系数以获得较高的脱空识别率和较低的误判率.结果表明,经该改进方法计算,上述典型路段脱空率为33%,接近于探地雷达调查结果(35%).此外,该改进方法的脱空识别率为88.6%,相应的误判率仅为6.1%,说明该方法板底脱空的判别精度较高,能够满足工程检测、判别和结构评价的需要. Based on the detection technology of ground penetrating radar(GPR),the investigation of void beneath slab was carried out on Anhui province's several typical highway sections of cement concrete pavement.The reflected wave profile can be obtained by virtue of Reflex Win,a sort of GPR post-processing software,was adopted to determine whether voids existed on the bottom of these pavements.Falling weight deflectometer(FWD) was utilized to carry out multi-level load deflection test and the load-deflection regression models were established according to the test results.Additionally,the extension evaluation method was adopted to recognize void beneath slab and the corresponding index system was comprised by regression model slope,intercept and the maximum deflection.Finally,based on the recognition results of GPR,by way of adjusting and determining the section domains of the indices,the classical domains of different void statuses and the weight coefficients,relatively higher void recognition ratio and lower misjudgment ratio could be acquired.This study suggests that based on this improved method,the void ratio of the typical highway sections mentioned above is 33%,close to the GPR investigation results(35%).Moreover,the void recognition ratio of this method is 88.6% and the corresponding misjudgment ratio is merely 6.1%.The superior recognition accuracy of void beneath slab shows that the improved recognition method can satisfy the demands of engineering detection,recognition and structural evaluation.
