摘 要: 采用断口形貌观察、化学成分分析、金相检验和力学性能测试等方法,对42CrMo钢6DF1曲轴使用过程中发生断裂失效的原因进行研究。结果表明,该曲轴的断裂位置发生在连杆轴颈处,断裂系由疲劳引起,在疲劳裂纹源附近存在的成分偏析是曲轴发生疲劳断裂的主要原因。 The failure mechanism of a 6DF1 crankshaft made of 42CrMo steel was investigated by fracture topographical analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical property test. The results show that the fracture location is at the crankpin, the fracture results from fatigue, and composition segregation around the fatigue cracks is the major cause of the crankshaft fracture.
