摘　　要： 从符号互动论的角度,试图揭示象征性角色作为一个直接信息源,在个体层面形成集体效能的机制。为此,本研究以企业员工为样本进行了试点研究和主体研究两组实地实验。实验结果表明,在四种传统信息源不变的情况下,当一个团队的角色集合中加入一个象征性角色时,个体对团队集体效能的感知发生了明显的变化,且象征性角色与个体水平的集体效能感知之间的关系并没有被获得性经验、替代性经验等重要信息源所影响。 From a perspective of symbolic interactionism, this article intends to reveal the system of symbolic role as direct informational source to generate the collective efficacy at the individual level. In light of this, this research, through two field experiments, conducts pilot study and main study on staff from two enterprises. Our findings indicate that, under the situation that four traditional sources of information remain unchanged, the individual awareness on collective efficacy is significantly changed when a symbolic role is added to the team＇s role collection. And the relationship between the symbolic role and the awareness of collective efficacy at the individual level is not altered by mastery experience and vicarious experience.
