摘 要: 在明确政府人力资源开发管理的概念基础上,针对我国政府人力资源管理所存在的问题,提出了我国政府应当树立现代的人力资源管理观,建立以能力绩效为核心和薪酬相联系的人力开发等模式,从而提高政府服务大众的效率,达到良好效果。 Based on the comfirmation of government human resource exploration and management's concept,this text aims at solving the existing problems in government human resource management.The country government should set up a modern human resource management definition and modern human resouce exploration modes which the salary is corresponding to the performance.Through the measures mentioned above,the government will surely make a remarkable progress in serving publics' efficiency and attain to a better off effect.
