摘 要: 为提高混凝土空心砌块的隔热性能,采用有限单元法研究了聚苯板在其孔洞中的填充方式对热阻的影响。结果表明,砌块插孔呈矩形为佳。插孔长度不变,热阻随其厚度的增加而增加。插孔率一定,热阻随插孔排数的增加而增加;随其列数的增加而降低。插孔交错排列,热阻增加。当插孔仅有部分填充时,聚苯板最好靠近砌块的高温面。 To improve the heat-proof quality of concrete hollow blocks, the effects of the pattern of the polystyrene board inserting in its hole on the thermal performance'are studied by finite element method. The results show that the appropriate shape of the jack is rectangle. Keeping the length of the jack, the blocks' thermal resistance increases with its thickness increasing. Keeping the jack rate, the thermal resistance increases with the increasing of the jack's rows, and reduces with the increasing of its columns. The thermal resistance increases when the jacks are arranged staggered. If only partial jacks are filled, it is better that the polystyrene board is close to the block's hot face.
