摘 要: 本文基于对广东省东莞市33个街镇230家企业和机构进行问卷调查,通过统计性分析与Logit计量模型相结合的方法,从流动人口的人力资本因素、个人适应因素、职业认同因素以及社会资本利用因素等四个素质结构方面探讨了对流动人口就业结构的影响,最后提出提高流动人口素质结构从而加快就业结构转变的政策意见。 Based on the data from a survey on 33 towns and 230 companies and institutions in Dongguan city, in consideration of human capital factors, personal adjustment factors, professional identity factors and using of social capital factors, the paper explores the effect of quality structure of floating population on employment structure with the methods of statistical analy- sis and the Logit econometric model At last, policy advices for improving the quality of floating population structure, thereby speeding up the structural upgrading in employment is proposed.
