摘 要: 以问题为中心的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL))是基于临床诊疗中的实际问题、以学生为中心的教学方式。将PBL教学法引入牙体牙髓科住院医师轮转培训教育中,有助于培养住院医师在本科学习结束进入临床诊疗工作后不断学习的意识,建立完善的临床诊疗思维,并加强理论知识与实际动手能力综合训练的培养,探讨了在新型医学教育格局下口腔住院医师培训教育的教学模式。 Problem-based Learning is based on clinical diagnosis and treatment of practical problems and student-centered teaching methods. The introduction of PBL to the training of endodontics resi- dents helps to train the resident undergraduates' sense of further study, establish and improve the clinical thinking of diagnosis and treatment, and strengthen the theoretical knowledge and practical a- bility training. In this paper,we mainly discuss the training quality of endodontics residents under the new pattern of medical education.
