摘　　要： 大肠杆菌、黑腹果蝇、秀丽隐杆线虫、斑马鱼和拟南芥因具有结构简单、世代周期短、子代多、培养方便和基因组小等特点,是遗传学研究常用的模式生物。在遗传学教学过程中,将模式生物的研究与遗传学的理论教学和实践教学相结合,有利于学生系统地掌握遗传学的基础知识和基本原理,激发学生的学习兴趣。 The model Organisms, include Escherichia coli, Drosophila meianogaster, Caenorhabdms elegans, Danio rerio, Arabidopsis thaliana are often used in genetic research. They have many signifi- cant characters, such as simple structures, short life cycle, enough off springs, small genomes, and are facile to he cultured. Integrated the study of model organisms into education practice of genetics, could raise students＇ learning interests and promote student to master the basic theories and funda- mental principles of genetics.
