摘 要: 能源危机与环境恶化给地球带来的压力日益受到世界各国的重视,为应对危机,社会的低碳化发展趋势将成为各行业面临的新挑战。饭店在我国消费领域影响面较广,能源与资源消耗较多,对其低碳化水平的评价不仅可以推动饭店行业的节能减排,也可以广泛影响到人们的生活中低碳行为的培养。本文通过理论与实证研究,遵循指标设计的科学性、系统性、可得性等原则,构建了饭店低碳化评价指标体系,包括碳排放、碳源控制、碳汇、碳减排措施、低碳行为引导、日常运营和控制监督等7个方面,共26项指标。进一步通过层次分析法,确定了各指标的权重值,并对饭店低碳化指标体系的客观性进行了分析探讨。 With energy crisis and environmental deterioration, the increasing pressure our earth bore gets more and more attentions. To cope with the crisis, the low - carbon development in society will become a new challenge every walk of life faces. This paper constructs the hotel low carbonization index system, covering 26 indices. By the use of analytic hierarchy process method, it calculates the weight value of each index and discusses the objectivity of the whole system. The index system is intended to facilitate comparative analysis of hotel' s low carbon level and pro mote the hotel low carbon renovation.
