摘　　要： 分析评价学生实验课程项目考核时存在的主要问题,解决这些问题要充分认识反馈面谈在实践教学评价体系中的地位和作用,建立有效的成绩反馈面谈机制,采取适当的反馈面谈的方法,提出了成绩反馈面谈应注意的事项。 How to evaluate students’ performance and achievement in practical training project？ How to effectively evaluate and improve performance after the project？ These are always the tough problems for the practical training teachers.This article points out several strategies on the feedback and evaluation of the students’ performance in the practical project,hoping to draw proper concern and attention.
