摘　　要： 太平天国农民运动失败的诸多原因中,有一个被人们忽略的原因,那就是人才的极度缺乏。太平天国领导集团的人才构成不合理,缺乏真正的经邦济世之才,在政策上又不能够充分重视选拔利用人才。 Among things resulting in the failure of Taiping Rebellion in Qing Dynasty,the scarcity of talents tends to be ignored.The talent structure of the rebellious leaders is unbalanced in its vacancy of a state administrator.Besides,they attached little importance to the policy of talents screening.
