摘 要: 工程投标是一项需要消耗人力、物力、财力和时间的工作,施工企业若不加选择地对多个工程进行投标,一旦不能中标,势必造成企业人、财、物的浪费。本文讨论了工程投标的多参数决策问题,在主成份分析的基础上,建立了决策模型,并给出了应用实例。 Making a tender for engineering is a work that needs a vast amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources. If a construction enterprise does not carefully think about making a tender for engineering, it will produce waste and sustain losses when making a tender meets with defeat. The comprehensive decision of making a tender for engineering is discussed in this paper. Based on the theory of chief component analysis, a comprehensive decision model is developed, and application example is presented.
