摘 要: 以往的应用型本科高校教学监控是教师对学生、教学管理人员对教师的单向度外控式监控。它的突出弊端是被动、消极,封闭、单向,武断、刻板。本文提出以研究和促进发展为出发点的多元监控,是一个以学生和教师的自我监控为主的多向度开放式监控系统。它不但以促进学生发展为价值取向,而且注重学生的自主学习和实践探究,关注课堂中愉快和谐的群体生活和积极向上的学习氛围,主张让学生成为学习活动的主体,成为课堂的主人。 Teaching supervision in applied undergraduate higher education institutions used to be a one-way external supervision---the supervision from teacher to student and management to teachers.Its prominent disad-vantages are passiveness,negativeness,obturation,unilateralism,dogmatism and stiffness.This article proposes a multi-direction and open supervision system mainly controlled by students and teachers themselves.It does not only set the value orientation of advancing students' development,but also attaches great importance to students' self-study and practice and research.Moreover,it pays attention to the pleasant and harmonious life and up-and-coming study atmosphere,and suggests that students be the main body of their learning activities and the hosts of classroom.
