摘　　要： 创新导致了文化经济的发展，建设创新型国家的战略为文化经济的发展提供了极为有利的机遇和条件。发展文化经济对于建设创新型国家具有极其重要的战略意义，发展文化经济既是自主创新的重要领域，又是促进自主创新成果转化为生产力的重要途径。因此要形成建设创新型国家与发展文化经济相互促进的机制，积极地全面地促进文化经济的发展。 Innovation results in the development of cultural economy. The strategy or construcitng an innovative nation has provided cultural economy with favorable opportunities and conditions. Developing cultural economy is critically important to the construction of an innovative nation. Cultural economy is not only the important domain of innovation, but also the significant channel to transform self-innovative achieve- ment to productivity. Therefore, a mutually promoted mechanism between cultural economy and constructing an innovative nation should be in place. This mechanism will facilitate the development of cultural economy.
