摘　　要： 本文利用簧片悬挂二维扭摆,并结合二维电容微位移传感器技术开展了重力梯度测量装置的参数设计和检测方法探讨。初步设计结果表明,该簧片重力梯度仪系统周围的梯度分量WXX-WZZ的分辨率可以达到5E,WXY的分辨率可以达到2E,WXZ的分辨率可以达到2E,WYZ的分辨率可以达到3E,满足了在地球表面重力梯度测量精度1～10E的要求。 Using a two-dimension flexure hinges gradiometer and combining with a two-dimension capacitance transducer,this paper discusses the parameter design and detection method of the gravity gradient measurement instrument. Preliminary design results show that the resolution of the gradients WXX-WZZ,WXY,WXZ and WYZ come to 5E,2E,2E and 3E respectively,which meet the requirements of the Earth surface gravity gradient measurement accuracy of range from 1E to 10E.
