摘　　要： 教学质量是关系到学校生存、发展的重大问题。建立教学质量保障体系是确保教学质量的有效手段。本文阐述了构建本科教学质量保障体系的指导思想、教学质量的评价标准、教学质量体系的监控机制。 Teaching quality is the major problem of an education institution which affects its existence and development. Cortstmcting a teaching quality guarantee system is an effective means of guaranteeing the teaching quality. This paper deak with the guiding thoughts of constructing an undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system, teaching evaluating standards, supervising mechanism.
