摘 要: 运用系统动力学对区域工业产业发展系统的有效运行进行系统建模,是探索一种从定量的角度反映区域工业产业发展系统运行机制的方法,观测系统的行为特性,找到系统中起主要作用的反馈回路和政策的杠杆作用点,为政府制定工业产业发展政策提供依据。将工业产业发展系统确立为工业生产、区域技术创新环境、区域经济环境三个子系统,通过对区域产业发展系统进行严谨的系统分析,从系统的微观结构入手,按照更加严谨的因果关系考察区域产业发展系统的影响因素与约束条件,寻找工业产业发展的根源,也为下一步的深入研究奠定基础。以广州市为例,全面模拟工业产业发展情况,探讨广州市发展的优势以及制约因素并初步提出相应的政策建议。 Using system dynamics theory to establish the regional industrial development system model is an exploration into the method of operating mechanisms of the regional industrial development system from a quantitative angle.It observes behavioral characteristics of the regional economy,finds out the feedback channel of the main role of the system and the lever action point of the policy.It can provide evidence for industrial development policy making.The industrial development system is composed of three subsystems-industrial production,regional technology innovation environment and regional economic environment.Through precise analysis of regional industrial development,and starting from the microstructure of the system,it examines the influential factors and restricting conditions on the basis of cause-and-effect relationship,seeks for the root of industrial development and lies solid foundation for further research.Taking Guangzhou as an example,this article simulates its industrial development situation in an extensive extent and explores Guangzhou's development advantages,restricting factors.Some preliminarily policies and suggestions are provided.
