摘 要: 分析了民办高校师资队伍的现状、存在的问题并提出改变现状的对策;主要办法是,政府加强政策扶持,学校采取相应措施,拓宽师资的来源,制定科学的激励机制,建立提高教师业务水平的保障机制等。 This paper mainly analyses the status quo and existing problems of the construction of faculty members in Chinese private higher education institutions, and proposes some countermeasures. Management departments at all levels should reinforce governmental support on policies. Private higher education institutions should adopt corresponding measures, widen the source of teachers, and draw up mechanism to concern more about the problems of the faculty members' management and construction.
