变压器及套管隔震体系振动台试验及地震响应分析

摘  要: 国内外震害分析表明,变压器及套管的抗震能力薄弱,地震中破坏型式多样。提高变压器及套管抗震能力的关键是降低加速度响应。隔震技术具有隔震机理明确、减震效果明显的特点,得到了广泛地应用。首先,提出了变压器适用的隔震层设计方案。通过组合隔震支座的研制与力学性能试验研究,得到了相关力学性能参数,所研制的隔震支座具有力学性能稳定、滞回耗能能力强等特点。其次,设计了一台真型变压器及套管试验模型,开展了不同地震输入下,变压器隔震前后的振动台抗震试验,分析了变压器及套管的动力特性及地震响应。试验分析表明,隔震后变压器的自振频率有较大降低,除Taft输入下隔震效果不理想外,其它地震输入时变压器加速度等地震响应均有较明显的降低。最后,采用ANSYS建立试验变压器的数值模型,开展了两种隔震方案的变压器地震响应数值分析,分析与试验结论基本一致。上述研究对今后开展变压器隔震设计与应用具有重要的参考意义。 Earthquake damage analysis at home and abroad showed that a seismic capacity of transformers & bushings is weak and their destruction types are many when earthquake happens. It is the key to reduce their acceleration response in order to improve a seismic ability of transformers and bushings. Seismic isolation technology is used widely because its isolation mechanism is clear, its isolation effect is obvious. Firstly, an isolation layer design scheme suitable to transformers and bushings was put forward. Through developing combined isolation bearings and their dynamic behavior test study, the mechanical performance parameters of the bearings were obtained, their mechanical properties were stable and their hysteretic energy dissipation capability was strong. Secondly, one true type of transformer testing model with bushings was designed. Shaking table tests of the transformer with or without isolation were conducted under different earthquake inputs. Dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the transformer and bushings were analyzed. Test results showed that the natural frequency of the transformer with isolation is much lower and its acceleration seismic response is greatly reduced subjected to various seismic waves except Taft input. In addition, using ANSYS to establish the transformer testing model, numerical analysis for the seismic response of the transformer with two kinds of isolation schemes was performed. Analysis and test results were basically the same. The studying mentioned above provided a reference for future seismic isolation design and application in power transformers with bushings.
