摘 要: 磷是植物生长和发育所必需的大量元素,参与重要的代谢活动,有效磷含量低已经成为酸性土壤上限制作物生长的重要因素之一。以磷高效的柱花草基因型TPRC2001-1为材料,通过同源克隆的方法,首次克隆到柱花草编码只含有SPX结构域蛋白的基因,SgSPX1。该基因cDNA全长1 324 bp,编码292个氨基酸残基,蛋白分子量为33 ku。定量PCR分析结果表明,低磷胁迫显著促进SgSPX1在柱花草根部的表达,表明该基因的表达受到低磷胁迫的调控,该研究的结果为进一步解析柱花草适应低磷胁迫的信号网络提供候选基因。 Phosphorous (P)is an essential macronutrient for plant growth and development and involved in improtant metabolic process. Lack of available P is one of the factors limiting crop production in acid soils. In the study, we cloned SgSPX1 encoding the protein contaning SPX domain from the roots of TPRC2001-1, a P efficient genotype. The full length of SgSPX1 was 1 324 bp, predicted to encode 292 amino acids. The protein molecular weight of SgSPX1 was 33 ku. Furthermore, expression of SgSPX1 was strongly enhanced by low phosphorous(LP)availability in TPRC2001-1 roots, indicating SgSPX1 might participate in P signaling pathway. Taken together, our results provided a candidate gene to elucidate P signaling network in stylo adaptation to P deficiency.
