摘 要: 教师个体反思可以改善教师的教学行为,促进教师专业发展,增强教师的主体性。然而,随着教学过程和对象的复杂化,仅靠教师个人的能力和自觉性难以保证反思的实效。教师团队自省可以通过教师反思、反思计划和反思行动三个环节提高教师工作的有效性,形成教师团队成员知识共享和相互促进,引发对专业问题的更深层次的思考,从而实现教师专业发展和团队建设的共赢。教师团队自省是教师个体反思的新层次。 Reflection of individual teacher can improve the teaching behavior,promote professional development,and enhance subjectivity.As the complexity of the teaching process and object,teachers' personal abilities and consciousness can hardly guarantee the effectiveness of the reflection.However,teacher team reflexivity can improve the effectiveness of teachers' work through teacher reflection,reflective plan and action,facilitate knowledge sharing and mutual promotion within teacher team,and stimulate deeper thinking of professional issues,helping to achieve win-win of professional development and team building.Teacher team reflexivity is a new and advanced level of teachers' reflection.
