4种沙棘雄配子体发育的研究

摘  要: 4种沙棘雄配子体的形成过程较一致 .减数分裂中染色体发生了不同程度的变异 ,具有两种类型的绒毡层 ,这种现象很可能与种间的演化顺序有关 .温度是影响沙棘雄配子体发育进程的重要因素 .在自然条件下 ,4个种发育进程区分明显 ,但在水培条件下 ,随着温度的升高 ,发育进程加快 ,种间差异缩小 ,最终趋于一致 ,这从一个方面反映了该属的同源性 .雄花外部形态与内部发育阶段有较高的一致性 。 The developmental courses of male gametophytes in the four species are similar. Different degrees of variation took place in their chromosomes. There were glandular tapetum and amoeboid tapetum in all species. This phenomenon may be related to their evolution. Temperature is an important factor during the process of development of male gametophytes. Under natural conditions, the processes of four species were apparently different. With the rise of temperature, the processes were quickened, and the differences among the species reduced and finally they tended to unanimity. This indicated, in one respect, the homology of the four species. A stable relativity exists in outer morphology and inner development of male flowers. Among them,the color of stamen is an obvious sign.
