摘 要: 研究了超声波对某些无机盐水溶液和含有蔗糖的无机盐水溶液的表面张力和电导率 ,以及对CaCO3积垢速率和性状的影响 .结果表明 ,超声波作用可以明显降低换热器表面CaCO3积垢速率 ,有效地减缓CaCO3积垢 .最后探讨了超声波减缓CaCO3积垢的机理 . This paper deals with the influence of ultrasound on the surface tension and electric conductivity of some inorganic aqueous and some inorganic aqueous with sugar and on the velocity and character of Calcium Carbonate Scale. The results indicate that the velocity of Calcium Carbonate Scale on the surface of heat exchanger was decreases, and the deposition of Calcium Carbonate Scale was effectively slowed down. Finally, the mechanism of how ultrasound slows down the Calcium Carbonate Scale is discussed.
