摘 要: 用填充炭黑的异戊橡胶(IR)和天然橡胶(NR)分别研究其硫化特性、力学性能、热空气老化性能和动态力学性能。结果表明,异戊橡胶比天然橡胶的硫化速度慢,焦烧时间长。随着炭黑用量的增多,IR和NR的300%定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率都下降,撕裂强度出现了峰值。炭黑用量增加到40份时,IR的拉伸强度下降最缓慢,耐老化性能最好;而NR随炭黑用量增加,其拉伸强度下降加快,耐老化性能变差。0℃时IR的损耗因子大于NR的损耗因子;60℃时,IR的损耗因子小于NR的损耗因子。 The isoprene rubber and natural rubber were reinforced by carbon black, the vulcanization properties, mechanical properties, thermal ageing properties and the dynamic mechanical properties were studied respectively. The results showed that isoprene rubber had lower curing rate and longer scorch time compared with natural rubber. The modulus at 300% increased, the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased and tear strength appeas peak as the dosage of carbon black increased in both isoprene rubber and natural rubber. The tensile strength of the isoprene rubber decreased at the slowest speed When carbon black dosage increased to 40phr, but the tensile strength of the natural rubber decreased faster When carbon black dosage increased. The isoprene rubber had greater loss factor at 0 ℃ and lower loss factor at 60 ℃ in comparison with the natural rubber.
