摘　　要： 选取深圳市上下沙村为研究案例,对其自发形成并深受居民认可的商业服务设施配置进行调研分析,发现其特征显著不同于一般城市住区,也与相关住区规范要求之间存在较大差异。基于对上下沙村商业服务设施配置与低生活成本住区关系的逻辑解读,延伸讨论了当前以保障性住房为代表的低生活成本住区相关建设中的常见误区,并提出对策建议。 Taking Shangsha ＆ Xiasha urban villages in Shenzhen as examples, this paper analyses the spontaneously formed and wellrecognized commercial service facilities. It reveals that the commercial service facilities in Shangsha＆ Xiasha urban villages are distinctly different from those in common residential area, which are also far away from the related residential standard. In addition, the paper discusses the common misunderstandings of the construction of lowcost residential area represented by indemnificatory housing and proposes the suggestions.
