摘 要: 提出了一种适用于机械系统的通用拓扑模型——环基树拓扑结构模型 ,研究了环基树的性质及自动生成算法 ,介绍了运动和力的拓扑表等概念 ,给出了两个基于环基树结构的通用自由度计算公式。研究结果为机械系统的计算机表达、管理、维护和加工提供了统一机制 。 A new topology model, named Loop Unit Tree(LUT), is presented to describe the structure of mechanical system. LUT consists of two basic units, general open units and general closed unit, which can be reduced sequentialy into basic open loops or basic closed loops. The topology tables of velocity and reactions were introduced to relate the kinematic property and dynamic property with the topology structure of the mechanical system. The properties of LUT were discussed and automatic method producing LUT was designed based on graph theory. Finally,two equations of DOF of mechanical system in LUT expression were deduced which have a larger suitability than classic DOF equations. LUT model sets up an important basis for computer aided analysis and computer aided assembly of mechanical systems, and provides a normal mechanism of expressing, managing and processing for mechanical systems.
