摘 要: 情绪调节效能感是个体对能否有效调节自身情绪状态的一种自信程度。采用情绪调节自我效能量对韶关学院大学生情绪调节自我效能感的现状进行调查,结果显示:韶关学院大学生情绪调节自我效能感总体上处于中等水平,群体分特征呈正态分布。其中理科生情绪调节自我效能感优于文科生,男生情绪调节自我效能感优于女生,高年级学生的情绪调节效能感优于低年级学生,家庭关系越好的学生优于家庭关系差的学生。高校应当根据大学生情绪调节自我效能感的实际,采取相应措施增强大学生情绪和心理健康。 Regulatory emotional self-efficacy is the degree of self-confidence about whether an individual can regulate his/her emotion effectively. To explore the State of the Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy of Shaognan College Students, 410 university students were surveyed by the Chinese version of the RES Scale. The scores were normal distribution. In gender, male students were significantly higher than female students in POS and ANG. Furthermore, ANG had significant differences in grade and the score of ANE was increasing as the grade went up. The POS and ANG had significant differences in the students from different family atmosphere. The better of the family atmosphere, the higher score of they had. Strategies to strengthen the college students' emotional and mental health should be made according to the students' regulatory emotional self-efficacy school.
