摘 要: 目的:研究参与工娱治疗对精神科见习护生临床沟通能力的影响。方法:将64例护理本科三年级学生随机分为研究组(32例)和对照组(32例)。两组均按照精神科护理学见习要求,在精神科见习2周,共10学时;研究组另外参与由带教老师组织的针对精神病人的工娱治疗2次,每次1h。在基线、见习末评定临床沟通能力量表。结果:临床沟通能力量表总分和各个分量表分在见习前、后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组之间在量表总分以及建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认病人问题、传递有效信息的分量表分上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参与由带教老师组织的工娱治疗是提高精神科见习护生临床沟通能力的有效方法。 Objective: To study the efficacy of participating in occupational and recreational treatment on clinical communication competence of nursing students practicing in psychiatric department. Methods: 64 baccalaureate nursing junior students practicing in psychiatric department were. randomized into either research group ( n = 32) or control group ( n = 32). All the students practiced in psychiatric department according to the practicing rules of 《Nursing for Psychiatry》, all for 2 weeks, equal 10 units. The research group additionally participated in occupational and recreational treatment with the patients organized by the teacher twice ( 1 h once) in 2 weeks. All the students were measured by clinical communication competence scales (CCCS) before and at the end of the practice. Results: After 2 Weeks practice, the total scores and all the factor scores of CCCS were significantly higher than before the practice ( P 〈 0.05). The research group achieved better improvement than the control group on the total score and the factor scores of establishing harmonious retationship with the patients, listening competences, confirm- ing patient' s problems, transmitting effective information ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Participating in occupational and recreational treatment or- ganized by the teacher is an effective way to improve the clinical communication competence of nursing students practicing in psychiatric depart- ment.
