摘　　要： 当前研究马克思主义的正义理论,应当特别关注马克思、分析的马克思主义以及当下中国三个节点。马克思在思想求索中没有否定正义观念,而是将其内化为改变世界之新唯物主义的根本哲学指引,并且据此批判了自由主义的正义观点。尔后的分析的马克思主义在新的历史境地中发展了马克思主义的正义理论,强调了"自我所有权"概念,凸显了分配正义的研究,但这在一定程度上实现了与当代自由主义的合流。当下中国语境中的正义之思,可从分析的马克思主义那里借取资源,但马克思正义思想的启迪也不能忽视。在马克思—分析的马克思主义—中国的链环上,正义之研究在多个层面上值得深入思考。 For the current academic research on Marxist theory of justice, Marx, Analytical Marxism, and contemporary China are indispensable points. Marx did not neglect the notion of justice, and he actually made it the guide of his new materialism for changing world. He criticized the views of liberalism in light of his own thought of justice. Analytical Marxism develops the theory of justice in the new historical contexts, stressing the notion of self-ownership and the study of distributive justice. But this theoretical orientation and the contemporary liberalism overlap to some degree. The thinking of justice in China today can derive some materials from Marx as well as Analytical Marxism.
