慈竹浆打浆过程中纤维细胞壁微细结构的变化

摘  要: 用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和多媒体显微镜观察慈竹浆纤维细胞壁的微细结构。用透射电子显微镜可以观察到:慈竹浆中含有薄壁纤维和厚壁纤维两种类型的纤维,厚壁纤维为多层结构,直径约为14μm,薄壁纤维为非多层结构,直径约为7μm;用扫描电子显微镜可以观察到:打浆前期,慈竹浆薄壁纤维和厚壁纤维细胞壁剥离出微纤维的难易相当;打浆中后期,薄壁纤维较容易剥离出微纤维,厚壁纤维难于剥离出微纤维。 This paper is a morphology study on the behavior ofneosinocalamus affinis fibers in the beating process by the means of scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and multimedia microscope. By transmission electron microscope, we could see that there were two types of fibers in neosinocalamus affinis pulp, thick-waUed fiber and thin-waUed fiber, q-he diameter of thick-walled fiber is about 14 pm, and it exhibits polylamellate structure with alternating broad and narrow lamellaes. The diameter of the thin-walled fiber was about 7 vm, and it didn't have the alternating lameUaes. We could see the difficulties of stripping processes of microfibrils by the means of scanning electron microscope. In the earlier stage of beating process, the thin-walled fibers and thick- walled fibers had the same fibrillations. In the middle and later stage of beating process, we could see that the microfibrils were stripped from the thin-waUed fibers easier than that of the thick-walled fibers. It was because the third lamella of secondary wall(S3) lamellas of thick-walled fibers emerged and it was a obstacle for the microfibrils to be stripped.
