摘 要: 研究改性酚醛树脂(牌号RM-1)、马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MAH)和钴盐粘合剂RC作为相容剂对棉短纤维(SCF)/EPDM复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:加入相容剂后,复合材料的100%定伸应力呈增大趋势,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度先增大后减小,其中相容剂EPDM-g-MAH的改善效果最好;当相容剂EPDM-g-MAH用量为6份时,随着SCF用量的增大,复合材料的邵尔A型硬度和拉断永久变形逐渐增大,定伸应力呈增大趋势,拉伸强度略有减小,撕裂强度先增大后减小,耐热空气老化性能变化不大。 The effect of compatibilizer on the properties of short cotton fibers(SCF)/EPDM composites was investigated,and the compatibilizers included modified phenolic resin(RM-1),EPDM-g-MAH and organic composite based on melamine prepolymer(RC).By adding compatibilizer,the modulus at 100% elongation of the composite generally increased,and the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength increased at first and then decreased.It was found that EPDM-g-MAH showed the best compatibilization effect.With 6 phr of EPDM-g-MAH,as the addition level of SCF increased,the Shore A hardness and tensile set at break of the composite increased gradually,the modulus increased,the tensile strength decreased slightly,the tear strength increased at first and then decreased,and the thermal aging property changed a little.
