摘　　要： 知识链知识优势的形成本质上是动态能力发挥作用的结果。文章基于动态能力构建了知识链知识优势理论模型,并从过程视角"知识获取→知识共享→知识创造"描述了知识链知识优势的形成。通过对203份调查问卷进行实证分析,验证了理论假设,打开了从知识资源到知识优势的黑箱,为从知识优势向竞争优势转化提供了研究思路。 The formation of knowledge advantage in the knowledge chain is in essence the result of the role of the dynamic capability.Based on the dynamic capability,this paper constructs the theoretical model of knowledge advantage in the knowledge chain,and describes the formation of knowledge advantage in the knowledge chain from the process perspective of ＂knowledge acquisition → knowledge sharing → knowledge creation＂.By empirical analysis of 203 questionnaires,the paper verifies the theoretical assumption,opens the black box from knowledge resources to knowledge advantages,and provides the ideas of research on conversion from knowledge advantage to competition advantage.
