摘 要: 通过成分分析、宏观检查、微观组织分析和显微硬度测试等,对某超超临界锅炉一起水冷壁管爆管事故原因进行了分析。研究结果表明,因调试过程中工况不稳定以及新机组在安装和制造过程中可能出现管内有异物或者焊缝有内凸、焊瘤等原因,造成了水冷壁管短时超温导致爆管。最后提出了相应的处理措施。 Based on component analysis, macroscopic inspection, micro-organization analysis and micro-hardness test, this paper analyzes an explosion accident reason of a water wall tube of one ultra supercritical boiler. The research result indi- cates that for reasons of uncertain working condition during the period of commissioning and foreign bodies appearing in the tube in process of installation and manufacturing of new units or there is inside convex and wielding tumor in wielding lines, explosion happens which is resulted from short-time overheat of the water wall tube. At last, it puts forward relevant re- ferred measures for future water wall tube explosion of ultra supercritical boiler.
