摘　　要： 从战略、经济和生态环境三个维度构建西电东送价值体系框架,并具体分析各个价值分量的内涵及其之间的逻辑联系。提出了战略、经济和生态环境三个维度价值评价的思路和方法,并建立了相应的数学模型,可为西电东送价值评价提供一定的借鉴参考。 The value assessment framework for west-to-east power transmission project is constructed from the three dimensions： strategy,economy and ecological environment.Its value components are specifically analyzed and their mutual correlations are explored.Then the paper proposes the idea and method of the three-dimension value assessment,and establishes the corresponding mathematical model,with a view to providing reference to the value assessment of west-to-east power transmission.
